Officials said Mark Heath, 32, of Howe St. was arrested Wednesday evening on two counts of second degree murder.
A New Hampshire Attorney General's office press release said, "one charge alleges that he acted knowingly and one charge alleges that he acted recklessly" in the death of Jacob Pelletier’s by "inflicting blunt force trauma to his abdomen."
Police were called to Howe Street in Manchester around 11:30 a.m. Monday for a report of an unconscious 2-year-old boy.
