Man accused of inappropriately touching woman at Somersworth business
SOMERSWORTH (WGME) -- A Dover, New Hampshire man is accused of inappropriately touching a woman at a business in Somersworth, New Hampshire.
Police say a man entered a local business on March 31 and inappropriately touched a female customer twice before fleeing prior to police arrival.
The suspect was identified as 52-year-old Timothy Brassil. He was arrested on April 7 and charged with two counts of sexual assault, according to news release released on Wednesday.
He was taken to the Strafford County House of Corrections where his bail was set at $5,000.
