Moody's Collision Center prepares for increase in crashes
PORTLAND (WGME) -- The heavy wet snow is creating some treacherous driving conditions.
Roads are slick and that means we can expect plenty of fender benders.
Moody’s Collision Center in Portland is getting ready for a lot of calls.
Their lot is packed with vehicles in need of body work after the last two storms.
“In the winter time, we have two trucks in and out of here all day long. Our two vendors are very generous. Not only do we have tow trucks coming in, we have vehicles that have been in, minor accidents. You know drivable vehicles versus non-drivable vehicles. You get a mix of everything,” Tameka Dexter, Moody’s, WGME
The best way to avoid a collision in this nasty weather is to stay off the roads.
