Pittsfield man accused of drug trafficking

PITTSFIELD (WGME) -- A Pittsfield man is accused of drug trafficking.

The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office charged 21-year-old Todd Anderson Jr. with aggravated trafficking in a scheduled W drug (heroin/fentanyl), aggravated trafficking in a scheduled W drug (cocaine), possession of a scheduled W drug (heroin/fentanyl), and possession of a scheduled W drug (cocaine).

Deputies served a warrant at his home on Thursday and seized nearly $30,000 worth of illegal drugs, including 96 grams of heroin/fentanyl, 40 grams cocaine, and 145 oxycodone pills.

They say he also had a gun, drug packaging materials, and $6,618 in cash.

Anderson is being held at the Somerset County Jail.
