PORTLAND (WGME) -- Chef Baxter Key from Highroller Lobster Company in Portland stopped by the Good Day Café to make one of his signature lobster rolls. It’s a traditional lobster roll with a twist that features jalapeno and lime mayonnaise.
Highroller was one of 10 finalists from across the world who will compete on July 7 in the Down East Lobster Roll World Championship.
Attendees of the Down East Lobster Roll World Championship will be able to sample rolls from the 10 chefs and choose their favorite.
It’s being held at Brick South at Thompson’s Point in Portland from noon- 4 p.m.
