AUBURN (WGME) – The Maine Warden Service is seeking information about a woman who brought a juvenile raccoon into a Petco in Auburn Tuesday.

Officials say the woman brought the raccoon in to have its nails trimmed, and while waiting, several people reportedly handled the raccoon and even kissed it. Once the store manager was made aware of this, he asked the woman to leave and reached out to game wardens and the Maine CDC.
