Amber Alert canceled, 11-year-old Maine child found safe

TOPSHAM (WGME) - Maine State Police have found 11-year-old Jaiden "Jade" Morrison.

An Amber Alert was issued around 10:45 p.m. Sunday and was canceled about a half hour later.

Maine State Police said Morrison had been taken by her mother, 29-year-old Danielle Dyer, around 5 p.m. from 14 Front Street in Topsham, during a supervised visit.

They said Dyer had left with Jaiden in an unknown vehicle with an unknown friend.

The last known phone ping of Danielle was in the Lewiston area around 10:16pm Sunday evening before Jaiden was found safely.
